I began my journey at a multi-site clinical research organization in South Florida, where I discovered my passion for research finance, business operations, and supporting the sites that make clinical trials possible. Working behind the scenes taught me that great research doesn't happen by chance. In 2015, I co-founded Clinical Research Billing, where I spent nearly a decade helping research sites strengthen their financial operations through budget negotiations, billing strategy, CTMS implementation, revenue recovery, and financial process optimization. Those years gave me a deep understanding of the challenges independent sites face every day and reinforced one thing: incredible sites are often overlooked simply because they don't have the same visibility or resources as larger organizations.

I began bedazzling my own conference badge, then helping others decorate theirs. What started as a fun conversation starter quickly became something much bigger. I realized people weren't stopping because of the rhinestones, they were stopping because they were craving connection.
Coffee To GRO was born from that realization.
Today, it's a human-centered community built around intentional networking, wellness, inclusion, and creating spaces where people can connect beyond the titles, business cards, and screens. Through virtual gatherings, local meetups, conference activations, wellness experiences, and creative community events, we're bringing the human side back to business.

As someone living with chronic pain and chronic illness, I know what it's like to navigate barriers that aren't always visible. That experience has shaped how I lead, how I serve others, and why creating accessible, inclusive, and human-centered experiences is at the heart of everything we do.
It's why I advocate for disability inclusion, neurodivergent-friendly environments, workplace wellness, chronic pain awareness, and creating spaces where people feel safe showing up as their authentic selves. It's why I believe burnout shouldn't be a badge of honor, and why I know the strongest organizations are built by supporting the humans behind the work.
